I will follow Blue Shark work-order requirements, communicate arrival and completion, provide requested before/after photos and service notes, and submit invoices with the WO/PO reference.

I will not subcontract or reassign Blue Shark work without prior written authorization from Blue Shark Facility Maintenance Group.

I will obtain authorization before starting work or changing scope and will not exceed an approved not-to-exceed (NTE) amount without written approval.
