Urgent work we take
Active water leaks. Contain the water, protect stock and finishes, wet-vac, hang diverters when the drip is from above, and coordinate ceiling repairs on the interior.
Board-ups & broken glass. Board-up after break-ins or broken storefront glass so the building is secure. Glass replacement is coordinated through a glass vendor when needed.
Doors that will not lock. Urgent closer, latch, panic device and storefront door failures that affect security or egress.
Plumbing, electrical & HVAC emergencies. Dispatched through qualified trade partners on the same Blue Shark work order.
After-hours emergency calls. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Emergency calls are taken after hours at 317-296-3456. Tell us the address and the issue; we confirm response and timing. If people are in danger, call 911 first.
How to call it in
Have ready: property address, what is happening, whether the building is open to the public, photos if safe to take them, and your work order or PO number. One Blue Shark contact stays on the job. Photo verification still applies when the urgent work is done.
Your client, your relationship — we work behind the property maintenance company’s name when that is the arrangement.

For stained tiles found on a Monday walk (no active drip), use Ceilings & Leaks during office hours. For a door closer that still locks but needs repair, use Repairs & Handyman.
