When a suite turns over or a brand refreshes a box, the work is a pile of small trades that still has to look like one job. Blue Shark Maintenance runs commercial remodels, tenant improvements and store project work for property and facility managers in Indiana and Kentucky.
Scope we take
Tenant improvements & build-outs. Framing, drywall, ceilings and finishes for commercial TI work. When the job needs plumbing, electrical or HVAC, those pieces go through qualified trade partners — same Blue Shark work order, one point of contact.
Store resets & fixture installs. Move, install and level retail fixtures so the floor can open on schedule.
Shelving, millwork & FRP. Gondola and shelving repairs, millwork fixes, FRP wall panels in kitchens, restrooms and back rooms where a washable surface is required.
Sign removal & install. Non-lit panel swaps and sign removal or install. Power to lit signs is electrical partner work.
How we keep projects from turning into a mess
You send the punch list or drawings you have, site access rules and the due date. We confirm what is maintenance-level versus what needs a qualified trade partner. Steve Hubbard’s background — 30 years in the trades, including commercial plumbing, roofing and time with general and electrical contractors — is used to sequence the work so painters are not standing around waiting on a wall that was never finished.
Photo verification applies to project closeout the same way it does on a single door closer ticket. Your client relationship stays yours.

Drawings, brands and site rules
If you have a fixture plan, brand kit or landlord rule sheet, send it with the work order. Resets go faster when the crew knows which gondolas move and which walls are paint-only. For TI that touches plumbing or electrical rooms, we bring qualified trade partners in on the same Blue Shark order so you are not refereeing three invoices for one suite.
We photo-verify milestones the same way we close a single closer ticket. Your client relationship stays yours.
