What we handle on this page

Doors & hardware. Door closer adjustment and replacement, panic bars and exit devices, lock and latch problems, door alignment and strikes, thresholds, sweeps and weatherstripping. Storefront aluminum and glass door repair (pivots, hinges, strikes).

Walls & paint. Drywall patch and repair from carts, pallets and forklift hits. Interior painting and touch-ups. Corner guards, wall protection and caulking where the finish takes abuse.

Floors. VCT tile replacement, carpet tile replacement, transition strips and trip-hazard fixes. Ceramic or quarry tile and grout repair when that is the call.

Restrooms. Toilet partition doors, hinges, latches and brackets. Grab bars and ADA accessories. Dispensers, mirrors and related accessories. Fixture plumbing (toilets, flush valves, faucets, clogs) goes through qualified plumbing partners on the same work order.

Parts, access and occupied stores

Door closer and panic hardware often need the head type and mount confirmed from photos before parts are purchased. Restroom partition fixes need to know whether the panel is particle board or solid plastic. Send those details up front and we waste less of your open hours waiting on a second trip.

In occupied retail, we work the ticket you approved. If we see a safety issue (egress door not latching, trip hazard), we flag it on the closeout so you can raise a separate work order.
